The building consists of four 1BD/1BA units and two 2BD/1BA units. Within a few months of closing, we had the property fully vacated and began renovations. We’ve since invested around $100K in capital improvements—new roof, siding, plumbing, flooring, and cabinets.
We’re just 2–3 weeks from completion, and already three of the renovated 1BD units are pre-leased at $1,500/month. It’s exciting to see this value-add project nearing the finish line!
